What Happens After You Call Us
Step 1
Call and tell us what the fireplace is doing, or not doing. We book a two hour window, and if the truck runs late, you get a text before the window starts.
Step 2
We look at the firebox, the smoke chamber, the flue and the cap, then hand you a firm price. The estimate is free, and if the answer is masonry rebuilding, we say so and charge you nothing.
Step 3
We sweep or repair, run the gas unit or build a test fire to confirm the draft, vacuum the hearth and carry the drop cloths out with us. You pay the number we quoted, not a dollar over it.
